Solar fuels a Chevy Volt in Maine

Thank you to Fred Greenhalgh of Revision Energy for sending us a link to the video embedded above. It’s of yet another Chevy Volt running on sun, this one in Maine, which, as Fred writes to us, “Gets more sun than people believe!”

No, the Volt’s not an “Obama-mobile”, as those very loud, ill-informed, and extremely annoying critics of the Volt would have us believe. It’s actually a Sun-Mobile, an Energy-Independence-Mobile, and just a darn great American car all the way around.

We, of course, are especially partial to Volts that are solar-charged, such as this one. We’re even more partial to solar-charged Volts that are ad-wrapped to tell the world that cars can, and do, run on sun.

Way to go Revision Energy!
