I have to say, as a journalist and journalism teacher it is very disappointing to see pack journalism that pushes what is now clearly coming out as INCORRECT information out, and then the sheep jump on, and it’s off to the non-factual, sensationalist races.
Have you been enjoying the cleaner air where you live? How about the reduced stress load due to having to do less driving and sit in far fewer traffic jams? Yeah, I thought so! Me too!
If you’re taking a long road trip in your electric vehicle – something that is becoming more and more common as more and more people buy Teslas and gain access to the Tesla Supercharger network and as more and more DCFC chargers for other long-distance electric cars such as the Chevy Bolt and the Nissan LEAF Plus go up along major interstates and thoroughfares around the United States, and around the world, you never want to fall asleep when you’re at the wheel.
Whether you're driving an electric car or not, there is no excuse for endangering other people's lives by regularly texting, surfing, etc. your phone while driving. Unfortunately, at this point, it seems to me, based on admittedly anecdotal observation here in the Denver, Colo. area, as if about 50% of drivers are regularly texting.
