Hawaii gets its first solar-charged plug-in station![]() Hawaii's first solar-charged plug-in station is free and open to the public. Green Energy Outlet, an eco-friendly supplier of contracting materials, has installed a solar-powered charging station at 575 Cooke Street in Kailua, Honolulu. Part of the Coulomb Technologies ChargePoint® Charging Stations Network, the station is the second alternative-powered charging station in Hawaii.
